Refund Policy

At Stoner Station, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with each purchase. In line with Proposition 71 compliance, we have established a fair and transparent refund policy. Please review our policy below to understand the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

1. Same-Day Returns

  • Timeframe: To qualify for a return, products must be brought back to our store within 5 hours of the purchase time.
  • Original Packaging: All returned items must be in original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as when purchased.

2. Product Condition Requirements

  • Unopened and Unused: Returns will only be accepted for products that are unopened, unused, and untampered with.
  • Original Labels and Seals: Product packaging, including any labels and seals, must remain intact to qualify for a return.

3. Eligible Return Items

  • Non-Perishable Products: Returns are only accepted for non-perishable items such as accessories, tinctures, and pre-packaged goods.
  • Exclusions: We do not accept returns on perishable items, including but not limited to edibles and opened consumables, for safety and compliance reasons.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

  • In the rare instance that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will verify the issue and arrange for an exchange or refund, depending on availability and compliance guidelines.
  • Documentation: Please bring,  if possible, photographic evidence of the defect to facilitate the return process.

5. Process for Returning Products

  • Exchange or Store Credit: Approved returns will be eligible for an exchange or store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available due to compliance limitations.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • We cannot accept returns for any of the following items:
    • Opened or partially used products
    • Edibles or perishable items
    • Items that do not meet the time or packaging requirements

    7. Legal Compliance

    • All returns and exchanges must comply with Proposition 71 regulations. For compliance purposes, we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy criteria or does not adhere to state and local cannabis laws.
